Medicine isn’t working for fibromyalgia anymore what will they do next? Added more detail.?
The drug does not work for fibromyalgia and what to do now? “I have fibromyalgia and I am still in pain. I’m going to a doctor about pain and taking CYMBALTA Klonipin and hydrocodone. Volume 3 10mg a day and Hydrocondone not start working. I’m not sure if there is a force stronger or if I can take more. I know the penalty kill and I do not know what else will do. Has anyone fibrosis and what is the best drugs that work ? I tried everything, chiropractic, massage therapy, physical therapy. Exercise and stay active, work a full time job. I have a lot of sleep and work only 3 days for my 40 hours and we have an easy job to take care of 2 women with a high functional disability, we stay busy. Time seems to be worse because it’s cold. I think that’s why these drugs do not seem to work so well. I tried Lyrica but it did put me on a cloud and could not work and I get hives Savella can do Cymbalta and analgesics. I have good insurance is not sure there was nothing Tell your doctor who works for the pain but does not make me be higher.

I have fibromyalgia and I can say that most drugs do not work. I take Oxycontin for my pain and makes bearable, but not full. You may want to ask your doctor. Do not be surprised if this is because most doctors do not like them because its so addictive oxycontin. My doctor and I were the pros and cons and decided that for me was the best solution. I can not take LYRICA or because I did not lose consciousness at the wheel while driving. Be very afraid! If you think you have a good relationship with your doctor, there is no harm in asking. . . Good luck.

Have you tried Neurontin? This is generally used for attacks, but also widely used for fiber. And Amytriptoline is one of the first things my doctor treated me. Unfortunately, I have a severe sensitivity to many drugs and I can not take any of them, but have finally found what works for me. Limictal take another attack of medicine and believe it or not, Ultram works much better than all the killers stronger. I also took extended release morphine (MS Contin), and, except to relieve my symptoms I felt no side effects from it. only problem is that he stopped at a dose LOE wrking quite quickly and I chose not to increase the dose. Then my doctor gave me Ultram test (making it the generic, tramadol) was 3 years ago and I have made since then, and still works very well for me. I took the highest dose (400 mg per day) until it begins Limictal. The Limictal help my symptoms and now takes between 200 and 300 mg of tramadol per day. Hot baths and heating pads help. You are doing the right thing to keep active and exercise. Oh, and you heard, I started taking Limictal to effectively regulate depression as anti-depressants makes me even more depressed and my doctor made me opt for this solution. If you happen to do, be sure to carefully follow the dosage instructions. You all start with a very low dose and slowly increasing. May I think there are some serious side effects with your skin (?) If you take too high doses too quickly. I have not had an effect on one side than the way that, after a few weeks to finally feel better physically and mentally I literally in 20 years! Good luck and I hope you find something that starts to work again.

I also have fibromyalgia in 17 of the 18 trigger points, so I’m still in pain. The doctor also gave me Lyrica and never touched my pain. He said to take Motrin with him, not help. I just try to live with the pain, because I’m allergic to painkillers like OxyContin and hydrocodone good and anything with codeine, Demerol, fentanyl and almost everything else, so basically I must bear the pain. I have been in most of the drugs listed and can not receive aid or not. It helps that I also have gastroparesis and have to sit on the couch to sleep every night for the last 2 years. I get a little massage service, but are only temporary relief. The weather is worse. Dr. suggests antidepressants for pain but I’m not going in that direction. My stomach does not dissolve the tablets, so I need liquid gel capsules or crush all the pills I take. I hope you can find something that will help you. Exercise, rest and massage help some as it does a good bath in a bubble bath when you can. Ultram, Neurontin and Amytriptoline never worked for me, never tried Limictal.
