What started as a guide for prescribing medications that we became a catch-book series of health education, readers concerned about the benefits of vitamins, herbs, minerals and other natural medicines. The Pill Book Guide to Natural Medicines, while the information it contains is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any known disease, the guide cites the results of double-blind studies conducted scientifically (if applicable) and gives a rating to both the efficacy and safety of the known vitamins, minerals, nutritional supplements, herbs and other natural products. As with other Pill Book Guide, the book of natural medicines is a must-have weapon in the arsenal of the person is conscious of health. Rating: 5 / 5

This book is the best I have found for the reference of natural remedies. It covers diseases, conventional medicines most commonly prescribed, and the equivalent of natural herbs and their effectiveness and degree of security. I bought several of these books for friends, and led many others to it. This should be a must for all libraries. Rating: 5 / 5

That sums up this book. I mentioned several times when I myself or someone in my family is suffering from a mild case of something or other, but do not feel like cleaning ourselves with over-the – counter medications designed for a wide range of other symptoms. It provides a very useful classification efficiency and the shape of a product is safe when it comes to symptoms of specific diseases. It’s just a great book for anyone interested in supplements and natural remedies, but do not know where to start. An important update to the girl working at the store of vitamins in the mall!
