   I try not to eat fatty foods, which exocrise as treatment of weight loss. Whatever the method just mentioned are a lazy way people lose 80 pounds is not much to lose by working hard. All method names that can lead to infection and very poor results perminent disfirgurement. even some famouse like Tara Reid is now a mess stomach lipo gone wrong. So why not show some self control and lose weight like a champion
