I’m going to an event at midnight on Thursday and need to be able to catch an hour or two nap hour before the event – if you can stay! My problem is that I am Housesitting and I think animals are irritating my allergies and not breathing well when I sleep. Therefore, I can not sleep unless he takes a little help with sleep. I have no more of my medication cons nasal allergies and since this is a temporary problem, it seems necessary to consult a doctor at this point. I just need some ideas of ways I could not sleep for a couple of hours – of course, promotes sleep is not very functional for naps.
